Mark Owens, President of Owens OnLine, co-authored state sponsored versions of the export incentive FSC (Foreign Sales Corporation) programs for the Florida and North Carolina Departments of Commerce. Mr. Owens has spoken at export seminars for Federal Express, the National Association of State Development Agencies (NASDA), the Florida and North Carolina Departments of Commerce, The Industrial Diamond Association, and many others.
